With friends like these…

I know that some people think that – even for a Christian – I am over-invested in my commitment to agitate for protection of the life of the unborn. Maybe I am. Tell me though, if I keep silent, how do I explain one day to those I called my little brothers and sisters that I didn’t even try to defend them when they were tiny and at their most vulnerable.
